was established as an independent real estate brokerage company in February of 1994 by Eric Turner,
current owner and broker. In 2004, we began a new chapter in the company history with the
acquisition of Century 21 Property Shop, Inc. This purchase
combined the many years of executive home, commercial and farm sales experience
of EST Realty with the
residential sales experience of the Century 21 team. Late in 2006
we made the decision to return to independent status. Thus keeping
our residential sales focus but to also re-concentrate our
efforts in the agricultural and commercial sales in the North Missouri Region.Eric started the company
from humble beginnings in a small one room office in the northern part
of Chillicothe. His goal was to keep
the needs of
the customer or client the top priority above all else. Even
though the business has grown and expanded and we have relocated to
offices just two blocks south of the Livingston County Courthouse. This same
philosophy still holds true today. Located in a small North
Missouri community, EST Realty provides a broad range of services for all
your real estate needs. These include representing the owner or landlord
in the selling or leasing of property as well as helping the buyer
or tenant purchase or lease a property. We offer our services on

Our office is
conveniently located at 409 Washington Street (Highway 65) in Chillicothe,
Missouri. We are 1 & 1/2 blocks north of the Third Street stop light
and just south of the Strand Hotel Apartments and KCHI Radio. If you are
coming into town from the North, you will pass the Livingston County
Courthouse and Citizens Bank & Trust on the left. Look for our
office before you get to Beijing Chinese Restaurant. If you are entering Chillicothe
from the South, stay on Hwy 65/Washington Street past the viaduct and
Third Street light you will see our office on the right (east) side of
