Dorothy grew up on a farm in Carroll County, Missouri.  She graduated from Dawn High School and the Central Business College of Kansas City, Missouri.  Dorothy attended and graduated from an area real estate school and joined Shelton Real Estate in 1979 on a part time basis.

Dorothy transferred her license to Century 21 Property Shop in 1997 and thus began her full time career as a real estate sales associate.  Which then became a EST Realty in 2004.

Dorothy is married with two children and three grandsons.  She is a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, where she teaches a ladies adult Sunday School class.

Dorothy is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Missouri Association of Realtors, The North Central Missouri Board of Realtors.
